PhoneTracker is a simple service that allows registered users to submit a mobile number and view the location of that phone on a map. It is particularly useful to people wanting to locate, or ensure an elderly family member or child has arrived at their destination safely.

If the phone is switched off we have the function to send an alert and then locate the phone when it is switched on. We also have the ability to call the handset periodically and if answered we provide automated instructions on how to return the phone for a possible reward.

Our phone location tool works almost instantly. Our system retrieves the location and plots it on a map within the portal for you to view.

PhoneTracker will not work with landline numbers. It will only give the location of mobile phones registered to a GB mobile cell network. PhoneTracker does not require the user to install any apps or other software. PhoneTracker works cross-platform, which means it can work on Android, iPhone, and Windows Phone.

PhoneTracker works on all phone operator networks with internet. The locatee must be connected to the Internet and have activated the location parameter on their phone.

The third party's phone needs to be switched on for the tracker to work. However as soon as their phone is on, they will receive the request to locate their handset.

If the phone is switched off we have the function to send an alert which notifies you when the handset has been turned on so a location search can then be actioned.

Your anonymity is important to us. The location of the third party gets send over a secure TLS (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol and is not visible to other people. Your personal information and identity are not shared with anyone.

There is currently no limit to the number of phones you can add to your account.

Our service is designed to be utilised within the GB although it will work globally where technically possible. Some regions will not support the GPS and therefore we will be unable to plot the location.

You can cancel your account in only a couple of clicks. Simply log in (click the button below), navigate to the "Settings" page, go down to "Account status" and then click the "Close account" button.

If you have an account with us, all charges on your bill will show up with the reference PhoneTracker.io . If you are seeing a different reference (for example "Net Media Group"), then this is not from our company.
